My first Mcdonald’s in London, and a Happy Meal at that!

At only £1.99, with a toy (stickers + album) thrown in, it’s definitely a good deal :)

And I got a fruit shoot! A yummylicious apple+blackcurrent juice drink, 4 nuggets, small fries… Yum.

The sauces tasted strange though. The BBQ sauce tasted more ketchup than BBQ (in the way only the British like it), and the curry sauce is actually called “Sweet Curry Sauce”, and that’s err… exactly what it is. Sweet.

In the normal adult-sized version, instead of fries, you can opt for fruits, or salad, and you can get a bottle of orange juice instead of coke, all for the usual price.

Even more impressive, they note exactly how much sodium, fats and blah blah is in each packet of your food on the back label. Very brave, I’d say.
